The Book 1 workbook is offered to adult purchasers for $19.99 USD as a one-time digital PDF download to print at home. No physical book is shipped. Purchasing does not grant an Academy subscription and never gates the free Book 1 online missions.

Checkout remains unavailable until payment, delivery, refund terms, and tax settings are ready. When enabled, the Book page displays the applicable refund policy and tax treatment before payment. No refund policy is implied while these terms are awaiting approval.

Downloads are available only after server verification of completed payment. Pending or failed payments do not grant access. Email delivery problems do not invalidate a completed purchase; use purchase recovery or contact support@zorpcode.com. Download links expire and can be renewed after verifying access.

By using ZorpCode, operated by STRICTLYIT LLC, you agree to these Terms of Use for the current Book 1 experience.

ZorpCode: Martian Academy is the Book 1: Cadet Training experience for the ZorpCode learning platform operated by STRICTLYIT LLC.

The current experience provides coding missions that run in the browser without requiring a child account or sign-in.

ZorpCode is designed as an educational coding activity for children and families.

Mission content is intended to support guided learning and practice, not professional, legal, medical, or safety-critical instruction.

Because ZorpCode is designed for young children, parents and guardians should supervise use as appropriate for the child using the site.

Parents and guardians are also responsible for deciding whether to clear locally saved progress on a shared or family device.

You agree to use ZorpCode only for lawful, personal, and educational purposes.

You may not use the website to interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or misuse the content or services.

ZorpCode, Martian Academy, Book 1 mission content, characters, artwork, interface content, and related materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

These materials may not be copied, sold, or redistributed except as allowed by law or by written permission from the rights holder.

Byte, Zorp, the mission names, curriculum structure, artwork, and lesson presentation are part of the ZorpCode educational experience.

Please do not remove notices, repackage the materials as your own, or reuse branded content in a misleading way.

The current Book 1 experience does not require posting or submitting child-generated content. If you interact with the website, please do so respectfully and without trying to disrupt the service.

The current site is delivered through Vercel as the hosting provider.

The application does not currently include advertising, checkout, or application analytics services in the child experience.

ZorpCode may update, pause, improve, or remove parts of the website or Book 1 experience at any time.

Local progress may be unavailable if the browser storage is cleared, if the browser is changed, or if the child switches devices.

ZorpCode is provided as an educational website. While we aim for a reliable and child-friendly experience, the site is provided on an "as available" basis.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, permanent local progress storage, or that the website will be error-free at all times.

To the extent allowed by applicable law, ZorpCode is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the website.

This includes loss of locally saved browser progress after storage is cleared, a device is changed, or a browser resets its local data.

You agree to be responsible for misuse of the website that violates these terms or applicable law.

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, subject to any consumer protection rules that cannot be waived.
