ZorpCode: Martian Academy

Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes the current ZorpCode Book 1 experience as deployed on this website today. It focuses on the application's present local-progress model and the ordinary technical processing required to deliver the site.

Effective date: October 15, 2026

1. Adult Workbook Purchases

When checkout is enabled, we record the adult purchaser’s PayPal or Venmo email, payment and order identifiers, payment status, purchase amount, and transaction times to verify payment and provide downloads. Book 1 child progress is never uploaded with a purchase.

Recovery uses expiring single-use email links. Access tokens are stored as hashes. Request identifiers are hashed for request limits. Purchase records are kept to support delivery, recovery, and transaction administration; contact support@zorpcode.com with access or deletion questions. Applicable record-retention requirements may limit deletion.

Purchasing is currently unavailable unless the Book page explicitly offers secure checkout. No child information is requested for purchases.

2. About ZorpCode

ZorpCode: Martian Academy is a coding-learning experience for children. Book 1: Cadet Training teaches coding concepts through mission-based activities that run in the browser.

ZorpCode is operated by STRICTLYIT LLC.

The current Book 1 experience is designed to work without child accounts or sign-in.

3. Children's Privacy

The current ZorpCode Book 1 experience does not ask children to create an account or to submit a name, email address, username, birth date, profile details, or open-ended child content.

Children can play the current missions without entering personal information into the application.

4. Information We Collect

ZorpCode currently stores Book 1 progress locally in the browser on the device being used. This local progress can include mission completion, base XP, badges, Bonus Stars, mission attempts, efficiency information for Mission 6, and Mission 8 stage checkpoints.

The current application does not use a database to store child progress and does not ask for names, email addresses, usernames, birth dates, or profile information in the child experience.

5. Local Progress Storage

Book 1 progress is stored locally in this browser using browser storage on the device where the missions are played.

Because progress is stored locally, it does not currently sync between devices or across different browsers. Clearing browser storage may remove saved progress.

Parents can erase Book 1 progress through the Parents area on this site. No child account is required for the current Book 1 experience.

6. Cookies and Similar Technologies

Book 1 missions use browser-local progress. When adult purchasing is enabled, a separate secure, HTTP-only purchase cookie remembers download access for seven days. It does not contain or modify mission progress.

PayPal may use its own cookies when an adult opens payment options. Payment controls are not loaded on mission pages.

7. Hosting and Technical Information

ZorpCode is hosted on Vercel. As part of delivering and securing the website, Vercel may process ordinary technical request information such as IP address, browser or device information, requested pages, and similar network or server information.

This technical processing is part of operating the website and is not described here as a child profile or account system.

8. Third-Party Services

Book 1 missions remain free and have no advertising or behavioral analytics. Adult workbook purchasing is separate and is unavailable until its services and sales settings are configured.

Vercel hosts the site. When purchasing is enabled, PayPal processes payments, Supabase stores adult order records and the private workbook, and Resend delivers transactional email. The application does not store card details.

9. How Information Is Used

Local progress information is used to remember mission completion, XP, badges, Bonus Stars, checkpoints, and mission-specific progress on the current device.

The current application does not use local progress for advertising, account creation, or cross-device profiling.

10. Information Sharing

ZorpCode does not currently provide a child-facing feature for submitting personal information or user-generated content to the application.

Technical website requests are handled by the hosting provider as needed to deliver the site.

11. Data Retention

Local progress remains in the browser on the device until it is cleared by the browser, erased through the Parents area, or removed by the person using the device.

Because the current Book 1 progress is stored locally rather than in a ZorpCode database, ZorpCode does not currently maintain a server-side child progress record for this experience.

12. Parent Choices

Parents can review the Parents area for information about local progress storage and can erase Book 1 progress saved on the current device.

Because there is no child account in the current Book 1 experience, progress does not transfer automatically to other devices or browsers.

13. Security

ZorpCode is designed to minimize child-facing data collection in the current Book 1 experience by avoiding child accounts, sign-in, and database-stored mission progress.

No website can promise absolute security, and technical hosting and delivery still require ordinary network processing.

14. Changes to This Privacy Policy

ZorpCode may update this Privacy Policy as the product changes. Future features may require updates if the application adds new mission systems, parent features, or support channels.

When this policy changes, the effective date on this page will be updated.
